Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all the correct parts and components, and the packaging was received in the same condition as the product.

2. Normal handling of the product is visible, damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

3. Products that have important hygiene requirements are thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5. We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

6. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following:

Order number

Reason for return request

Picture of the product in case of damage

First name + last name of the customer

Customer address


We will then contact you and give you the return address.

Never send the return back to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us to. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are not mainly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:


A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of withdrawal

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot cancel the shipping process before delivery, so refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EvigSmykker) by a clear statement (for example, by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.


Shipment registration for goods in transit

As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times which we have no control over. If the items are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then return them to us. You can of course inform us of the cancellation in advance.


To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of elevation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will any fees be charged for this reimbursement.


ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
